We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all our installation
services. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our
workmanship, please contact us within 90 days of service completion,
and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
What Is Covered
Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment:

any deposit paid

of deposit

refund of deposit due to scheduling commitments
Hardware and Materials
For curtain rods, brackets, and other hardware supplied by
stylishartglam:

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days
for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee

Once installed, hardware is considered used and is not eligible for
return

Defective hardware will be replaced at no charge if reported within
30 days
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain your guarantee, customers are responsible for:

Using curtains and hardware according to manufacturer specifications

Performing regular maintenance as recommended

Reporting any issues promptly within the guarantee period

Providing access to the property if inspection is needed

Following any care instructions provided at installation
Exceptions and Limitations
